Cancellation & Refund Policy

Once the order has been paid and confirmed on the website, cannot be cancelled. In any case, no refund requests will be entertained.

No Returns will be entertained, if a customer wants to return the product for any reason.

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect or outdated delivery address
  2. After 2 failed delivery attempts by our courier company / logistics authorities.
  3. Package refused by recipient.
  4. All emails in this regard are to be sent to help@jeevansatva.com

Jeevansatva Enterprises LLP does not take title to returned items. Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Jeevansatva Enterprises LLP.

CHANGE IN ADDRESS

You as a customer can change your delivery address anytime up to the cut-off time of the slot i.e. 2100 HRS a day prior to the delivery date by calling our customer service on 9028644647/9850888243.

If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the website, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders. We will maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and customers and would deny access to them or cancel any orders placed by them.
