SHIPPING
Orders are shipped as per the delivery date selected and agreed at the time of order confirmation, while placing the order on the website.
Any order gets delivered as per the specified time slot of Morning or Evening during predefined timeframes. JEEVANSATVA ENTERPRISES LLP is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / logistics authorities, in case of natural calamity or unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery of all orders will be sent to the address provided by the buyer.
Shipping details while booking should be correct and any delay in delivery due to wrong details will be the sole responsibility of the customer only. In case where billing address and shipping address is different all necessary information such as address, nearby location, contact person name and contact number should be provided for smooth delivery process.
Order details will be sent on your registered mail ID as specified during registration process. JEEVANSATVA ENTERPRISES LLP is not liable for any order confirmation remains undelivered or delayed due to any sort of technical glitch.
DELIVERY
Delivery period quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Food will be delivered to the address as intimated by you while ordering.
Jeevansatva will make every effort to deliver within the time stated; however, Jeevansatva will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the Food is not delivered within the estimated delivery time quoted, User may contact Jeevansatva by email or phone and Jeevansatva will try to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as reasonably possible.
In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Jeevansatva.
If you fail to accept delivery of Food at the time they are ready for delivery or Jeevansatva is unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions or authorizations, then the Food shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such Food shall pass to you. Any storage, insurance, and other costs which Jeevansatva incur as a result of the inability to deliver shall be your responsibility and you shall indemnify Jeevansatva in full for such cost.
You must ensure that at the time of delivery of Food adequate arrangements, including access where necessary, are in place for the safe delivery of the Food. Jeevansatva cannot be held liable for any damage, cost or expense incurred to such Food as a result of a failure.
